Aggressive Wheels and Stretched Tires....Welcome

So I think I am going to bite the bullet and buy some new wheels and jump up two sizes and go 20s. What size tire can i fit on the front with the 20x10.5 all around. The front will be +22. I know someone with 255/35/19s in the front on a 19x10.5 and he had minimal buldging of his front fender like it was hitting but it was minimal. Im worried with the 20s i wont beable to run the 255/35/20s.....any thoughts? The rear will be 20x10.5 -3 so I think the 255/35/20 will be fine for the rear but im worried about the front....i didnt want to stretch it to much more than the 255 really....should I just go with the 9.5 in the front and put a spacer on it?

I wouldn't recommend 255/35/20 in the back. I tried that at first and the tire physically was hitting the body where the rear bumper meets the quarter panel. It was just too big of a diameter. I had to change to 255/30. 255/35/20 is a huge tire, like a 27" overall diameter which is way too big for a Z. 35 series up front should be fine though. I'm running 225/35/20 on a 9.5 -5mm up front and only rub a lil here and there.

Good luck. Hopefully the 35 series will work in the back. Not many people are running 20s so its hard to tell till you do it. That's how I found out. 98% of people with aggressive Z's are on 19s. When I order new rims I am for sure going 19s next time......and more aggressive since they are easier to fit.

Yeah I was just tires of being stupid low and hitting frame on every damn thing on the 18s so I figured 20s would be a nice change up. I'm not to worried about the rear. My main concerns is the front with the 20x10.5 +22
