^seriously. takes me like 10 minutes to adjust both sides of the rear. like 30 minutes to adjust the front "true" coilovers.

this is the lowest i can get my oem-syle coils, which is plenty low imo

Stance Gr + true or Oem are the best coils by far. Maybe the stanceworks but you'll have to follow up with Royal on that cause hrs the only running them on the Z so far.

Here are an example of true type coils lowered. this was just for testing purposes but had a lot more to go down.

It all has to do on what you want to do with your ride. For example, if your gonna just DD, street drive, or use it as a "show car" go with oem but if you're going to see track days then go with the "true type."

"true type" coils allow you to rid of that "bucket" and which gets replaced with the toe arms, which allows more adjust-ability in the rear.

Either way you can still drop your ride low, regardless of OEM or "true type."

but its up to you man, do some research!

Just throwing it out there... just to help out a member.

Love the ride on my Stance GR+ but my driverside rear blew after like 3 months and its not even my DD.. But after a week of emailing they sent a new one dampener, but it was pretty to take the coil apart and rebuild it... its all good now and wouldnt swap for another set coils

This was when i first put the coilovers on and i drove around with my rears maxed and my front was a pretty low but not close to maxing out.. My GReddy exhaust rubbed every where it was bad so i raised it up not to long after

This is how the car sits now and my rears are not even close to being all the way down and the fronts are about half way

that's not even your car Andrew, lol....Wasn't that the day that Juan (toby22) popped a tire leaving the shop?

I also have the Stance GR+ true type on my Z and I love them. It's not hard to adjust the height at all....obviously the rear is easier than the front, but both are easy as fawk.

Really? Only heard horror stories about all megan products.
to the point that even their decals suck.

im dumped on megan streets, yes the ride quality is good, but the rears dont go low enough

and i personally rather the true coilover system on the z, this way you can rid of that stupid bucket spring holding toe arm

megan arent that bad for your everyday coilover but if you want to do it right, just do stance, hopefully oneday ill upgrade, lol

rears maxed out

megan coilovers here as well
had no issues at all
they are not expensive
i can't say how they compare to anything else because i have not rode on any other coilover in the Z
i can say that i think they do go low enough as mine where all the way down and i had to raise mine up because it was to low

i think they where like $1050 shipped new

i can add that typically when using a 30 series tire like i do , how can anything ride well with no sidewall to cushion

for 1050, you might as well get some stance.
