Aggressive Wheels and Stretched Tires....Welcome

^ thanks buddy i've exhausted all the options you mentioned, camber is -5, shop took a close look and dropping a tire size or even 2, they would still continue to rub.
wheel width and other specs don't matter really at this point, because i am where i am right now with these wheels i can't go back to anything else, especially after flaring the fenders out like that
but in any case it's a 12.5 +5 offset with 285/30 tire.... 20" wheel btw.... i know theres guys on here doing more aggressive that that, just wondering how they dealt with this issue.
what im ultimately looking for is to go down at least another half inch and get that credit card fitment between the tire and fender

Snapped a couple of random photos on my phone while doing errands yesterday.
Stopped by the body shop to check on the progress of my car. Saw this crazy looking supra. Ugly IMO, but the wheels were ridiculous.
Met up with a buddy of mine. He just started his GS project. Off to a good start, but is in the process of lowering it another 1.5".
Last but not least, my nieces whip rockin it hella flush! Maybe 5 degrees of negative camber will set it off and complete the look

you should be able to go rim to fender with those specs. My 20s are about 5mm out more so you should be able to lower it about 1inch more. Try going down to 275/30 or 265/35. I have 20x11 -19 245/35 generals

changed up the wheels (got tired of how lows the 18s had my car sitrting)
and got a front lip + rear oem trunk lid spoiler
just some teaser shots, the rest will be up when my feature shoot pics are done being edited...

Adon - what brand tire are you running? I tried a few different tires on my 19x12 +0 and i finally got the stretch I wanted. First was the Kumho (275/35/19) which was just like your situation, tire kept rubbing the fender. Then went to Nitto NeoGen (275/35/19) and that stretch was just right to stay off my fender but the sidewalls on the neogen were ehhh.. So finally I now have Toyo T1r's (275/35/19) and they are perfect. No tire rubbing at all. Hope this helps.

i'm running 20's though which is like half the problem right there, 19's give you a good amount more clearance i suppose... But it is what it is man I will go in for alignment and try to set up my caster back to OEM specs hopefully that helps a bit...
another option also which i dont think i will be taking is to setup my rear coilovers purposely wrong to rely heavily on the strut and little spring so there is very little suspension travel... i had actually been riding like that for a month and not once did it rub, but the ride was extremely harsh, pretty much unbearable on my streets as the rear would literally lift off the ground going over certain bumps.... today when they pulled my fenders he adjusted the coils to it's proper setting to utilize the strut and spring accordingly and that's when the rubbing came.... and i'm already set up with 10k spring rate in the rear with dampening set to full stiff
yea i thought about going different tire size but from the looks of it it's impossible, i would have to do like a 245/30 on a 12.5 to clear it which wouldnt work obviously... imma just man up, sucks to roll hard like you guys say right, lol
yea i will see where i'm at after my alignment maybe after adjusting caster it will fix the problem...
your car looks great btw, really well put together
