hey guys, me again with my re-barreling... I decided to go 18x10-20 with 225/40 but after thinking a little I came to the conclusion that I could actually just get new outer barrels (lip) and save myself from buying new inner barrels... I'd end up with 18x11 -7 and I'd stretch with something like 245/40. I don't think having 11" fronts is a problem, however I'd like a confirmation from ppl that tried 18x11.
I'd save over 500$ and at the same time get more rubber for when I go turbo while basically keeping the same stretch.

x02 was a piece of crap exhaust. the rust was crazy and it has cheap thin piping. even though it was bought because it would get banged up for being low, IMO, not worth it. i havethe real hks now and the material and quality doesn't even compare.
^^^ what's the difference with this or it's the same? http://intensepower.com/inexsyforni0.html

^^^LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nex $hit$ you funny bro...
I too have the knock off of the hks exhaust running with the TT set up. It lets my twins blow me faster compared to my AAM 3" Single ..I also had it when i was N/A. It is not the x02 though it has no brand name at all. Rust blows, it gets dirty and rusty quick if you dont clean it every weekend or so. I got mine for slamming and destroying so no reason to spend the big bucks here plus it sounds good to me not better than my AAM 3" though but i will be buying the dual set up soon since i have real 3" AAM Dual midpipes laying around just need the mufflers or the backend whatever. I miss the sound of the AAM.

@nexx: haha
@litoflow: I had the dual greddy TIC but I sold it cause I was riding to low and I would never get out of my drive without denting them bad boys so I didn't even put it on and just sold it. I was looking at the HKS replicas just for the hell of it. Just want the look and sound since I ride slam all the time but the rust is what kills it. Did you had any problem with installing it? Like the hanger was low/higher then the other side or it was just with ease?

Well I had a 18x11-2 on my drift spears in the front that I put 225/40 on them and I thought they looked sick.. you will have no problem fitting those.
.Yup Yup I sure do have the X02 or something like it..
Okay in my opinion the X02 is better than the HKS.. let me explain before I get bashed for this..
Reason is I have installed both exhaust and there is no difference in design, meaning size of pipping and routing..
I had no problem with rust but must do, My main reason for saying its better then the HKS is because of the sound note.. HKS has a more raspy sound which I hate. Makes me feel like its back in the 90s and those damn Hondas.. The X02 has a more deeper sound note and no rasp at all, which is WIN in my book..
The only thing I did not like was the tips, easy fix, just bought new ones and replaced the original.
SO for the money it can't be beat, again this is just my opinion and experience with the exhaust.
Hope that helps
