Really nice wheels... Couldn't get a better offset for the rear though?

Thanks,

Na that was the most I could go without having to run crazy camber or rolling the fenders. The offset is actually pretty narly I mean **** a 4 inch lip is dope imo.

Don't get me wrong I think the wheels looks great but the offset is kinda on the weaker side of things. Here are my old wheels - Volk GT-S with a 19x10.5 +30 rear like yours. It looks "ok" but not preferred seems to be too conservative. 285s might make it look a bit better but still too conservative offset, if you wanna be ballin go for 295s in the rear or even 305s and roll your fenders like mad.

Where did you get the tape measure with the metric scale?

I've been looking all over for one.

ken350z > Home Depot, came with Husky 90 piece tool set

AlvinHuyN > Very nice Z my friend.

Not trying to roll fenders or be a baller, your rears dont seem to have much of a lip, are you familiar with SSR's different disk sizes? Again your Z is hella clean!

Black wheels with a chrome lip... how unique. Sorry, but I'm tired of that style. Good on you for getting new wheels. I'm sure you like them but I see them on too many Chargers, Accords, Slobalts etc. to like them on a Z.

not trying to be unique, I roll with what I like and dont give a **** about what other people have. I agree a ton of people have black with chrome lip, but you are entitled to your opinion and thats all that matters

Amen - you mod for yourself, not for others. When you mod for others, you end up with another "me too" car

nice clean and classically styled wheels - looks good on just about everything

Looks awesome. Since you custom ordered these from Japan and waited 6 months, why didn't you go with better offsets front/rear?

Great choice in wheels. IMO the best JDM 3 piece wheel for those who like the 5-star concept. Works got a similar model, but I don't dig the small fatty star. It looks heavy.....to me it resemble a fat girl swinging on a tire. As far as that offset you got.....TRUST me you could go a lot lower on the offset and get more aggressiveness without any rubbing issues or major negative camber adjustment. I took the risk when ordering SSR's from Japan and I'm glad I did because these wheels look amazing when its aggressive.

Again congrats on a great choice of wheels. "Japan" SSR FTMFW!

Quick Reply: New wheels :) but now I need tires :(
