Default What info do I need for wheels?

Yeah, that's a dumb question, but I've been reading and searching on this board for a week. The problem for me is that a lot of folk have good looking choices, but have them on non-Brembo versions of the Z, and when I get my Track I'll need to clear those brakes. Right? SO:

Other than the size (8 and 8.5X18) and the bolt pattern (5 x 114.3) what do I need to know?

The offset? (+30 f, +33 r)

Correct any of this if I'm wrong! Do I need to know anything else to know if a wheel will fit?

And what about the tire pressure monitor? Almost no one mentions it -- is that because you've made "other arrangements" like BZNYA describes in the sticky at the top of this forum? Or because it's a non-issue? (The guy at Tire Rack assured me this was going to be a problem.)

Anything else needed? The phase of the moon? My wife's dress size?

To summarize: HELP (& thanx)

Well you've started off the right way, just search through the threads gathering as much info as you can.

8.5 fronts and 9.5 rears seem to be a common size around here, most are going with a staggered set up of some sort, but you could go 8.5 all around if you want.

In these sizes, keep the offsets in the low 30's down to about 20 and they should clear the brembo's.

to tell you the truth, the easiest way to find wheels would be to just go to the wheel gallery, find ones you like, and PM the car's owner for more info.
