I have this killer deal on some WORK Miesters, but just wanted to know if I would have to roll my fenders whether it be on stock suspension or if I end up buying some coilovers (shocks springs etc.).

You'll be fine. Search a little. There are many people running that setup. Mostly the people with the Rota p45r and torque r.
