Im looking into buying new rims/tires. I currently have a track model with the tire pressure monitoring system. I will be keeping the stock track wheels most likely for track use with some kumho 710's.

My question is this.....if i buy a set of used tire pressure monitors do the specifically have to be adapted to the car, or is it just a plug and go concept?
