I can't tell from this angle, but are these TE-37's (silver) or LE-37's (silver finish/polished lip)?

They had a TE-37 model w/ a silver finish, in fact I think they had 2 different silver finishes. One was a flat silver and the other was a sparkling silver. I forgot the exact names, but I had the flat silver as my first set of TE-37's.
Here's a pic of the flat silver

As for these pics, I can't tell if the lip is polished and that's really the only difference between the 2 models.

the lip on the TE37s IS a different color than the face (on the anodized ones at least... silver/bronze), simply because of the texture.

the spokes of the TE tend to have a sandy feel, which makes them look slightly matte, while the lip is much smoother, which on the silver I could see how you would think they are a LE.

I am pretty sure they are a TE37 though, simply because of the stepped outer lip, while I think the LEs have a sleeve type, flat edge.

Both TE and LE are exactly the same wheel design with the only difference being the lip on the LE is a diamond cut finish. The sizing affects the lip depth and spoke concavity.

Those look like Mercury silver TEs to me.

I've had both LE and TE and they are exact same wheel with lip being only difference.

That's the silver color I was thinking of!

ONLY the TE's came in Mercury Silver, the LE's weren't available - believe me, I tried to get some. Those wheels look like Mercury Silver TE37s.

Those actually look like LE37T's. TE37's do not normally come with center caps and the center caps on that NSX are the ones that came on the LE37T's. If they were TE's they would also have blue stickers for that color finish. The lip of those wheels on the NSX looks a bit brighter than the face.

I had a set of Mercury Silver TE37's

There were a special edition wheel/color in 2004, so they came with center caps and black stickers.. That's what I was told anyways when I bought my rims..

Notice my center caps:

That NSX probably got his rims during that time Mercury Silver was offered as a limited time thing.. now it's a special order I assume..

Those look like LE-37's, my dad had TE 37's on his 00 NSX and they didnt look the same as those pictured. The LE's always have that shinier lip look to them over the matte finish TE's....imo of course. And yeah, we had to go through some hassle to get center caps for his TE's, I forget which company he bought them from, but they didn't look like those caps at all, they were plain silver.

I still remember the day they arrived, he had just bought the car so it only had 1500 miles, and he wanted the lightest weight possible, so he bought the exact same sizes as stock, 16x7 front and 17x8.5 rear, the front was comically light, like 10.8lbs or something crazy like that....I could toss it up in the air like a feather lol. That and his 9lb Arc titanium exhaust, sweet ****in car that I miss.
