Personally, I would go 255/285. I have 17/18 offsets and they fiill nicely... I'm just not a fan of the "stretch". Pics of my setup can be seen in the "Volk" and "NorCal > Vallejo GTG > Page 34" (or so) thread. The pics are pretty clear - how far they stick out and fenders clearance.

Thanks for the post......I'm going the 255/285 route. Loved your pics......it's convinced me I need to go lower with my set-up.....but it's already a b!tch driving the long nose.....lol

Tires should be in and installed sometime next week.

I hope you have rolled fenders if you go with 255/285.

Yep....they are doing that as well. Charging me a little more than I expected.....but alas, as long as they do it right and the paint doesn't start peeling.

The Falkens 452s run a tad wider. I run a 245/275 setup on 9.5/10.5 and they don't look too stretched. The Toyos or KDW2s are a different story.

im going through the exact same ****, got the same sizes and offsets on my volks and lookin for tires...and i even started the same thread as you and by reading yours and seeing pictures. i think the best setup if ur like me want a bit stretch would be the 255/275 but only if you go with the toyo t1r as they have a slightly skinnier section width as most other tires. if you go with another brand...probably 245/275 will look best. its fawkin hard to decide....what ive been doin lately is reading the measurements off tirerack and taking a measuring tape up to my rim and comparing lol. but like if u do the ps2's do the 245/275. ive seen pics with the 255/285 which is what is recommended for this size rim and it looks normal no stretch. so guess its all preference between the two i know i still cant make up my mind. but im broke anyways so i got time lol.
