Realy want center cap for my Work CR Kai
I honestly don't know - I would "assume" because it is modelled after the forged CR's they do for the various race series (Super Taikyu, and I think there are or were some JGTC cars that ran them, and some Porsche's as well). So I guess it's like a "motorsport inspired" type thing. Anyway, hopefully we'll be able to come up with something
I was considering TCII or Emo's, even some SSRs.. none of the wheels I wanted seemed to have caps. But they all had an 'overbored' center that looked very similar. While just getting one sized cap manufactured would be a feat unto itself, I was thinking if you had a camshaped adjustment on the ring, it would self center and maybe provide a snug fit for more than just one model of wheel. With people willing to shell out $150 for a center cap, you may have some latitude to make something adjustable.
oh.. and speaking of centercaps, I nominate the SSR compH's for the worst... I love comp's, dont get me wrong, but that 4x4 "get out and lock the hubs" sized center cap doesnt look so great.

we're working on, dropped both an S1 and CR Kai off to the place that we're hoping can do it for us, we'll post updates as they become available. Might be a bit slow running to begin with, as the place does alot of military contract work, but, if it can be done, they will be doing it
What material would this be made out of? I thought it would be neat if they were made out of aluminum perhaps for some custom engraving...Or if they came with a Z pre-cut into them?? Just a thought...
