is the set a 18x9.5 +22 front 18x10.5 +15 rear?

Yes there is, both sets of my wheels. TE37 still has too much lip.

If only it was cool to rock different wheels on each side: CE28N on one, TE37s on the other

It is. leemik will be doing this as well as a lot of SEMA and TAS cars do it as well.
