Default Installing rear spacers....Need to remove hub?

I need to install my rear spacers but have to pop the rear wheel bolts off and replace them. Everyone seems to space the fronts but not the rears.

My question: The emergency brake goodies are in the way when I try to stick the longer bolt into the hub from behind. I can just barely pop the old ones out but the new ones.....forget about it.

Do I need to remove the HUGEEEE nut on the half shafts to get this job done? That nut looks like it would need 1450lbs of torque to get it off. Also, what size is it? I need to by a socket for it.

Thanks.
Scott

LOVELY

But honestly, do I need to remove the hubs via that nut to get the new bolts in place? that is my only question.
