Default UPS delivers................iForged RS Aeros!

My rims arrived today and let me just say I am very happy with how they look (below are some pics.). For those that are afraid of ordering from iForged, all I can tell you is that I was promised 6-8 weeks and they came in in exactly 8 weeks. No complaint from me here. Believe it or not I'm more upset that I can't find 275/35/19 tires for my rear. Bridgestone S-03's are on national backorder with an undetermined delivery date and Toyo T1-S will not be available for 1-2 months.

Below are some pictures. I'll let you be the judge of how they look. I just hope I can find some tires soon.

BTW, the wheel sizes are:
19x8 +18mm Front
19x10 +29mm Rear
Brushed Aluminum Face, 3" Wide Polished Rear Lip
Box says 26 lbs (so the rim itself must be around 24 lbs.)

Last one (rear shot). I like the fact that the back lip of the rim is also polished. This will look great on the car.

The back being polished is great, and its not that hard to reach in and clean them either. Fortunately for me, I change to auto-x tires at least once a month and give the backsides a good cleaning and polishing off of the car!

It's killing me to walk by them and not see them mounted but I'm still searching for tires. I can't change my signature yet because technically I'm still waiting on the Toyo's.

I don't know if I will wait out a month or two or jump on the the first set I find in the sizes I want.

I know. My tire dealer is looking into Dunlop, Pirelli's and Falken's for me. I will know more on Monday. If I strike out with those I will also look at Michelin Pilot Sport and Nitto.

i just got the falken grb451 tire, it's not bad for the price ... about 900$ for the set (245/35/19 & 285/35/19) they grip just as good as the s03 in dry weather, but not quite as good in the wet.

also for t1s, check onlinetires.com ... when i was about to order them a few weeks ago they had them in stock.

enjoy and welcome to the gang. if you drive in the rain, make sure you have dry the water that collects between the wheels.

Thanks guys. I will contact onlinetires.com and keep my options open for some of the brands you've mention. The only other problem I will have is finding someone in CT that can mount and install them. I've only found one place so far and they won't mount for me if I don't buy the tires from them. Of course the problem here is they don't have the tire sizes I need nor does the warehouse they do business with. I'll keep searching as there has to be somebody else in CT that can mount 19".

Vic, those look awesome. I'm glad you got them on time. My question is, are you going to have to roll anything with the 10" rears?

I hope you have tires in time for the meet. If you don't, you'll have to bring one wheel just to show people.

They look good. Congrats. I hope your iForged experience turns out better than mine. How did you manage to get the polished inner lip? Mine's just the raw aluminum. Also, the clear coat is coming off of 3 out of 4 of mine. I'm working with iForged to resolve the issue. They're trying to blame the tire shop. Sure, the tire shop put a small chip in the clear on one of the wheels, but I should not be able to spray them with a regular water hose and see large chunks of clear come off. Enough of my rant. I will not spoil your thread.
