Know any USED rims place(s)?
Well, honestly I can't afford some new 19" rims....and I don't want generic...I want name brands like Volk, Enkei, Advan..etc
Do you guys know any place(s) that sells used rims?

LA county? try the Recycler or ebay. Staggered fitments for the Z might be harder to find since the car is relatively new. And there may be times in the private seller forums right here.

There's a place in Rosemead called, I think, So-Cal Alteration. It's a branch store of a large outfit in Japan. I think they take your order and have the used wheels shipped from Japan, if you can't find it at the shop that is. That's where I would go for used wheels.
