I have been unable to find the 275/35/19 tires for the rear. I was able to find 285/35/19. Would this work and not affect performance dramatically?
My wheels are:
19 x 8 Front (245/35/19?)
19 x 10 Rear (285/35/19?)
My car is a Touring so the original sizes are 225/40/18 and 245/40/18.
Your help is appreciated.

I dunno much about wheels but read you should keep it within .5 mph difference
The difference between two tires are 0.565" in height, 4% speed error, and 3 mph difference at 75 mph
hope that helps

I use this tire calculator:
http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
According to it, your speedo will read 0.6% low, so when you are indicating 60mph, you will really be going 60.4mph. A 275/35-19 reads 0.4% too high, so really, they are pretty close enough to the stock diameter to call them both the perfect replacement size.
