Default 25mm Spacers on all 4 + My Setup = Rubbing? [Details Inside]

Hotchkis Coils + 245/45/17 Front, 255/45/17 Rear

Think I'll need the fenders rolled? I don't expect anyone to really know unless they have this exact setup, but maybe some healthy speculation will help me with my decision. I could just go 20mm to be safe, but 25mm just looks so nice.

Thank you in advance to those who respond.

Umm i don't think anyone can respond if you don't tell us the offset to your original wheels. I mean if they were +50 offset and then you added a +25 spacer then you would be at a +25 offset with the wheels and with those tires you would clear all day even with a drop unless you had a 13 " wide wheel.

So if at all possible post your width and offset then someone might be able to help. I'm guessing with those tires your not running a very wide wheel.

You're right. Sorry about that. 17" stockers are what I'm running.

Front +30

Rear +33

So the result will be +5 front, and +8 rear? Yeah, definitely didn't feel like it would be that simple to calculate the offset...duh haha. That's pretty aggressive then.

you have:

Front: 17 +30 w/ 245
Rear: 17 +33 w/ 255

I have w/out fenders rolled and -2 camber:
Front: 18 +23 on 295
Rear: 18 +23 on 295

fronts - I'm another 32mm further out
rears - I'm another 30mm further out

assume you don't have the same camber, run 5mm less...so IMO 25mm spacers should work. (granted that tire sizes vary per tire and camber comes into play)

Okay. Thanks for breaking it down like that for me.

You're car looks amazing. Less is more for me when it comes to the Z. I'm really liking the red one as well. [on cardomain]

yep, but thats a 8 inch wheel. 1 inch = 25mm, you should clear just fine. lol, you should be able to do 30mm if you really wanted to push it.

I'm running

front: +38 w/ 25mm spacers and 225/45/18 18x8
rear: +38 w/ 30mm spacers and 245/45/18 18x9

No rubbing issues whatsoever, yet the lips of the wheels are flush with the fenders and I have a 1/2" drop.

I have 15mm and that's enough for me. It looks plenty aggressive with that.

It's raining bad, so the car's in the garage. When it stops, I'll roll it out for some.
