Tires OK for 19'?
Hey guys,
Just by question, I was wondering if these tires were OK to use with my 19's.
F: 225/40/19
R: 245/40/19
I used the miata.net calculator and the revs/mile were pretty close. I know these would be a little thicker on the sidewalls than if I were to go with a 35 side wall. Only reason I ask, my bro-in-law can get these tires for cheap, but can't get the 35 sidewalls for the same price. I was also thinking, since hawaii roads have such enormous potholes everywhere, it wouldn't help to have a little thicker rubber than the 35 sidewall. Is anyone running these?
