I seriously asked him to sit before I got in to see if the car dropped alot, but it didn't so I took him for a ride. acceleration is noticably affected by the extra weight.

You mean like how your car would squat 2" when I sat in it?

update:

got the camber arms and toe bolts installed, lowered the rear ride height and stiffened the dampening to 11 all around (from 8 and 6 f/r) and it's completely different. I also put in the SPL Solid differential bushings (full kit) so the car is rocking right now.

So now I was ready to get the alignment and corner balancing done. I don't have front A-arms or end links (sadly) so the corner balance will be limited until I have those pieces. after I put in the toe bolts I tried to visually adjust the car to zero toe but I think I am toe out now (from he way the car is handling) but it's still better than before. camber looks fine in the rear, but quite a bit on the front. I am also worried about the toe in the front since I lowered the car after I got an alignment. so all these issues will be corrected today hopefully. but the dampening and ride height adjustments made a world of difference.

I also have no problem making it over speedbumps or in city driving. at-all. and my car is loooow for a DD.

I should be ready to finish up my statement on the coilovers and tires and all of that after this weekend (ZDAYZ!). I'll load up more pics when I can.

and let me say: the differential bushings are AMAZING. everything from ride quality to shifting action to handling is improved ten fold from what it was. my rear carrier bushing was torn and mangled so I can't comment how much better from stock it is, but even before it was torn it sucked when you have an aggressive LSD.

the install was a PAIN IN THE *** but me and a buddy accomplished it over two days, and I reinstalled everything by myself. no special tools were necessary, but I opted to have a machine shop press out the two front bushings since I didn't have the right sized socket to smack them with

look good on there don't they

I lowered another 1/4 inch in the rear. andI didn't get the SPL A arms cause A arms are super expensive and I already spent way too much money... next phase is end links and a arms, if I even need them.

I think I have a new picture actually:
here is when I took off the brake rotors and calipers to get that done ( rear diff, driveshaft, sway bar or exhaust was off the car in that pic)

the rest are on my harddrive. I'll upload them tonight hopefully.

You should do that for curbing the rims first.

Pssshh... I'm taking the view that you did it on purpose so you'd have an excuse to get them redone in satin black like the TE37's.
