do any of you know what i can expect if i put on some new wheels w/o the tpms besides the warning light? will i have to worry about vdc or the car acting up?

 

No, TPMS has no other effect besieds the low pressure/no signal warning.

There are lots of people running without the sensors. Search around and you'll find posts by people complaining about the warning beep and light. Depending on the wheels you get, some people consider it too much trouble to retain the TPMS.

 

how often does the car give the beeping sound because i can tolerate the light. just don't wanna hear a beep every minute or so while i'm driving. i know it sounds newbish but i couldn't find anything where i could find out how often it beeps.

 

The beeping sound and light appears about 30 minutes after you are driving continuously. The beep is brief but the light stays on until you turn the car off then the whole procedure starts again the next time you start it.
