The guys that complain about "Volk sheep" usually sound just as retarded as the guys that say "Volk or nothing", if only because your justifications are lame. There is NOTHING wrong with wanting something different than Volk, NOTHING wrong with wanting something unique, NOTHING wrong with being on a budget. But that doesn't mean that ANY OTHER wheel out there is going to look good or tasteful.
OP none of the wheels you are considering fit the Z IMO. That doesn't mean they are horrible styles in general, I just don't think they look like the belong on a sporty coupe. They just don't fit the Z in the same way that a set of Volk GT7s wouldn't match the looks of a C6 Vette. The second and fourth in particular would look stellar on, say, a GS300 though.
Do you see what I'm trying to say? At the end of the day go with whatever YOU like--it's YOUR car. But with a sub-$1500 budget, I think you would be much happier with a set of 03-05 Rays OEMs, 06+ OEMs, or something used. If you want something with a little more personality, there are many lower-tier brands that have nice-looking wheels that fit the Z look--and are still in your price range (Ruff, R1, Tenzo just off the top of my head). Personally I would wait another month or whatever you need to spend a few extra hundred bucks and get TSWs, 5Zigens, Axis, etc but that's just me. If you REALLY want something one of a kind, then go with any of those and have them custom painted.
