JLine's are great wheels. They come from the same producers as HRE and iFORGED. Of course the structure's durability will unmatch a RAYS forged wheel but it is still a pretty good wheel for the alternative. SSR and WORK wheels aren't truely forged but they're still very strong and durable than most of the other wheel brands out there.

???? explain the "SSR and WORK wheels aren't truely forged" if the (in this case very respected) manufacturer sells you a wheel and the claim it to be "forged" who are you to say they aren't? if you're wheel says "made in japan" "forged" and has that funny looking logo that's on every name brand wheel the odds are it's forged as in "truely forged"

Bottom line is, we ARE in the industry and this is why we know the things that we do. The guy that wrote that article is my friend Eddie; who just happens to be the GM for Mackin Industries. This guy probably knows more about wheel manufacturing then anyone in this industry and most people in the industry go to him for any wheel related inquiries. Trust me.

Did someone say Jline?

Jline 5RL2. I like that the wheel lips are uncoated so they are easier to polish if you don't mind the upkeep unlike anodized wheels which are very finicky and susceptible to hairline scratches which cannot be removed without stripping the finish. BTW, I "downgraded" from SSR's

People don't know what's up when it comes to wheels like jlines. You can be like everyone and buy volks or works or you can dare to be different. Jlines are for ballers, custom wheel custom offset. No group buy sizing like works and volks. Jlines, junction produce, fabulous, ect. all top notch JDM wheels most Americans have yet to hear about.

For all the noobs out there (and this has already been said in this thread), J-Line wheels are right up there with iForged and HRE. All three companies make there wheels to order to the exact specifications of the customer.

IMO, J-Line is the higher end tuner style wheel. What I mean by tuner is, Z's, G's, 240sx, STI, EVO etc.

iForged is a little more on the M-Series, Lexus, etc.

HRE makes me think BMW, Porsche, Viper, etc.

These are MY opinions, everyone has there own.
