Default 12mm spacers

i bought some cheap *** 12mm spacers and would like to know what else do i need to install these...i bought some 50mm extended studs and would i need those hubcentric rings ? here are some pic's of the cheapies..i know i should of bought the spacers with the attached studs on it,

wow, I would not run such a thick spacer that wasn't hubcentric. Not sure if you can even find hubcentric rings that large.

I see nothing wrong with the spacers except that the center bore is BIG. They may fit with some hub rings, but I don’t know what size. Looks like that came off of a school bus.
