Volk Center Cap Removal

Could anyone please tell me how to remove the center cap on the GTC?? I don't want to damage the center cap or the wheel.

Take off wheel and pound it out from other side with something hard and phallic

DO NOT try to remove it from the front. You will just scratch up the wheel!
