My Problem is
Some Local guy is willing to Trade my OEM 06 Rims for some 19" STERN ST-2's Plus 100 $
I don't want to get a$$ed out.

Lots of people running Sterns with no problem. If your stock wheels are not the Rays track wheels, then I would say it's a fair trade. But if your stock wheels are the Rays, keep your Rays.
