It's caused by light refractions off the surface.. It changes as the angle or lighting changes ..

Dude you have no idea how sick these would look with my Lavender pearl paint.. The basecoat is similar to Chrome Silver and it has a really light blue/lavender pearl that just POPS on cloudy days.. Combined with the wheels=SICK.

To me they look like the same gramlights but in silver finish with polished lip, and different width/offset.
