+1 the Hub rings make a difference. But usually if you dont have the Hub rings on you can feel it being very unsteady at speeds lower than just 90mph. You need to get them balanced, any professional tire place can balance them for you.

Alright guys well I got The wheels balanced. They were off weight. they fixed it, mounted and they are smooth as butter. I got up to like 140 today and still super smooth

did you find out if you have hubcentric rings? that is one of your problems if you dont have them installed.
