Should be fine. Those offsets/sizes are in the extremely common range, and actually considered conservative by todays standards.

I see quite a few members with almost that exact setup..but I never know if these guys drive their Z everyday through awful road conditions and such.

If you want to lower your car you would have to roll the quarter panel lips, and get stretched tires Those are pretty agressive offsets.

19x10.5 +20 should be fine, just roll fenders.

I have 19x10.5 and 19x9.5 at +20mm offset. Theres about 1 finger gap all around. You definitely have to roll the rear fenders and maybe have about .08 to 1 degree of negative camber because if you hit any dips at a high speed, it will rub. Here's a picture for reference.

Sorry for the ignorance but Im going to take a stab at what you guys mean by "rolling the fenders".

Theres a lip where the fender curves in under the wheel well. Im assuming that needs to be bent upwards, against the wall of the car?

Heres a crude drawing of what Im thinking you guys mean:

I'm running a 295 rear with only a roll, 1.6 degrees of neg camber, +22 offsets and no rub. You will NOT have to run a stretched tire. My car is lowered about 1.5"

19x9.5 +17 f / 19x10.5 +17 r

i am on the nismo suspension so i would guess about .5 inch drop. i was running 255/35 front and 275/35 rear without any rubbing issues at all. No fender rolling, etc.

now that i switched to 285/35 in the rear, it is rubbing occasionaly so looks like i will have to roll the fenders. just rubbs when traveling at high speeds and hit a bump or if i take an angled turn.
