Questions about SF Challenges

Questions about SF Challenges
Searched for wheel weights and only stumbled upon a guess from 350zmotoring.com. Wondering if some of the more knowledgeable members could help me out.
1) How much do 19" SF Challenges weigh (19x9.5, 19x10.5)?
Courtesy of Andy: 19x10.5 = 27.8 lbs
2) Will a offset of +28 and +23 rear with 255/35/19 and 275/35/19 cause rubbing issues? (fender rolling required?)
3) Will this combo clear the oem brembos?
Any help advice would be much appreciated!
