I am now convinced those wheels don't look good on a Z unless it's slammed on the ground.

Nice and very functional wheels. Some thoughts (mostly arguable personal opinions that you and others may not agree with):
  • I would have gone with less offset on the front wheels (they stick out a little too far), and wider tires on the rear wheels (the rear needs a little more fill).
  • I like your look, but think a Redline looks best with gloss black spokes and polished rims/lip. But, that’s a personal opinion.
  • Lowering even only 0.5-to-1” or more would make it look much better (and, you already mentioned this).

Tien S-Techs run pretty cheap shipped, I got mine for 157 NEW, its a mild drop like 0.6" but it would be great for your setup.

yea im gonna put 15mm spacers in the back, coz like you said the fronts stick out father than the rear; about the rear tires - i was actually trying to avoid the beefy tire look...
as for the drop i want a 1" - 1.2" drop, i was thnkin coilovers so thats not gonna be for a while, there mad expensive!! ahaha

wow 157 is awesome, but .6 isnt gonna cut it for me bro, lol
if i cant wait for coilovers, ill probably be forced to go with springs, but im trying to avoid that...
