Default NEW B Offset ?

I am looking at a set of wheels that are 18x9.5 with an offset of +12. My car is lowered with a Hotchkis Kit which is .7". Do you think I will have rubbing issues? And what size tires do you think I can run?

I've got a similar post up right now. I'll warn you before the others get you... run a search. I found that most people here like to use the "offset calculator" link. It is quite helpful if you understand it all. I think it just helped me answer my question. Also, does your car have brembo brakes?

The car is a 03 Enthusiasts model. Right now I am running stock wheels I am thinking about buying Bronze 5 Zigen FN01RC's. If they ever get back to me with a price.
