I've bought a car with lock nuts but there is no socket so I can't take wheels off the car

is it OEM? how can I get them, maybe there is part number
I'm in Belarus, it's quite far from the USA but I still need it...

You'd have to go to the dealer, they have a masters set for those McGard locks. They can order one for you too, or you can buy one there depending on what dealer.
