Default Wondering if theese wheels would work.....

Theyre 17x8, but the offset is +40mm.... it says it will work for 350z's, but im wondering if it will look right with that offset?

They will fit a Z alright and look very ugly at the same time. Those wheels will tuck way inside the fender. With an 8 in wide rim you will need an offset of about +10 while having the car lowered at the same time to make it look good imo. The car would look better if you went up to 18s and a little more width. Then use 17s to track with.

well what are the offset of the factory 17s?

+30 front (17 x 7.5) and +33 rear (17 x 8)

Use a offset calculator to compare your current wheels to the new wheels. With the new dimensions, check the car with a tape. Do you clear the suspension, brakes calipers and fenders? Reference: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp
