Vendors, I believe, have it for cheaper man. You can find it cheaper, stop trying to talk yourself out of by throwing around those numbers. But hey, people are just trying to help. There are better deals out there, you just ****ed up.

calm down guys.

THE ROADSTER: I think we're all just trying to help...at least I was... I would suggest cancelling your order and check with some of our vendors. But hey, if you think it's worth $6500, more power to you then.

edit:$200 per wheel is for the price increase + RMC finish..........not just price increase. $4,450 total.

The price increase is no fluke, it is everywhere as in all types of consumer goods. Long story short, I asked for a Volk rim. My buddy who has a performance shop quoted me $720 special order with a 90 day wait, then I called a competitor, it was around mid $700. The wheel I'm looking back 3 years ago was a little less than $500. Blame it on oil/gas, early last year veggie oil that we use for cooking for 5 gallon was $15, now it is $30. Potatoes 50lbs was $15, now it is $30... it is not just wheels, but things we use and eat are going up dramatically.

with RMC finish, I think they charge extra $175 per rim.
