Default Can this tire be mounted on my wheel?

Just wanted a second opinion from you guys. I have 1 Falken FK452 tire in 245/35/19 that my tire guy will not mount because of this kink in the bead of the tire. I ordered the tire from Edge racing, and they aren't open til Monday. I could just call them and maybe get it swapped but do you think this minor little bend on the tire will be an issue? He said he did not want to mount it because it won't hold air when he tries to pressure the tire.

I wouldn't run it. Just call the shop and have them send you a new one.

10 to 1 odds it will be fine once on a wheel with the bead set.

Be patient. You will get any answer that you want. That’s the way forums work.
