Is it safe to use stock lug nuts for iForged wheels? And in addition I'm using a 25mm spacer all around if that has any affect. Let me know, thanks.

 

It's not really a matter of what is "safe", it's a matter of if they fit. I after aftermarket "tuner" style lugs on my Iforged. Unfortunately, I'd never even touched the stock lugs so I can't tell you if they would fit or not.
