I got a small problem and am curious if anyone can help me.

I put spacers on, 15mm Ichiba II, right before I had my engine and transmission replaced/repaired by Nissan. I explicitly told them to re-torque the lugs if they drive the car. Well, on the way home I heard a weird noise from the right tire well and long behold, I'm missing not only a lug BUT a single golden nut that holds the OEM studs to the spacer.


I need a replacement 'golden' nut. I have tried calling Ichiba but, with the way my luck has been going, they are moving and their phones do not work. I have written them emails but I was going to check with anyone here who could possibly help me out.
