Default Volk GT-V alignment question

I just got some volks (19" GT-V w/ Toyo Proxes F-245 35 19 R-275 30 19) My question is, what specs are you guys getting this set up (or similar) aligned to?

Your alignment doesn't change when you change wheels and tires. Align to the same settings as OEM.

actually yes it does

an alignment is setting the relationship of the tire to the ground. Change this relationship, via a wider tire, wider wheel, different offset, etc, the alignment can change. By how much becomes the question, and that is something that can only be measured before/after on an alignment rack

Hmmm... interesting. I've asked several shops that I trust and they all told me no, not for a wheel size change (went from 18" OEM to 19" Volks). I've seen a number of members here report the same - not required.

If you think of the wheel position as a geometric equation, changing the wheel/tire height, width or offset would change that geometry, requiring realignment...if only one part of the equation changed by a small amount (say you change the offset by 5mm), you may not be too far out of spec -- but you should still have the alignment checked with any new wheel/tire combo.

Your front tire diameter is larger than the rear.
