Default For those of you that have Stern wheels

For those of you that have Stern wheels, do you know how much the 18x8 wheels weigh? I know different designs will have a different weight, just trying to get a general idea. Oh, and don't go by the weight on the box, that's the shipping weight, and it's more then the actual weight of the wheel.

Around 27 lbs for a 18 x 8.5 ST-1 or ST-2, the 2 most common models I have seen on Z's.

What year is your car? I'm looking to trade my 20" Stern St2's for some decent stockers.

The wheels won't be for a Z. I'm looking at the ST-11's.

Gotcha! They are pretty heavy, at least mine are. It made it slower on take off until i did some breather mods. Still gonna go back to smaller. Saving for Seibon TE's.

That's crazy! My old 19x10.5 Volk GT and SF wheels were about the same.

Unfortunetly, Mackin industries won't get Volk's made for my car [cheap bastards], but they'll get wheels for a Civic.

27 lbs for 18" diameter wheel sure is heavy. I don't even want to know what the 19 and 20" wheels weigh.

It's a round wheel. Are there wheels that don't drive well?

Ya got me there. I meant as far as feeling the road which you do with 20's. They were a surprisingly comfortable ride. Just want something smaller again.
