How am I wrong exactly? The suspension pivots at the subframe correct? And the spring counteracts the force applied from the ground onto the wheel/tire? So by moving the point this normal force is applied to the system further away from the axis of rotation, then a larger torque is being applie, which thus requires a larger force to balance this. Springs increase their force applied by compressing, and since the suspension travels in an arc, then the camber would be affected by the increased spring compression and resulting ride height change. Bushings don't come into play at all to prove the offset affects the alignment.
