Thanks for the link. Well that did it for me. Gunmetal it is. Have any offset suggestions.

Future tire specs.

19X8.5 Front
19X9.5 Rear

235X35X19
275X30X19

Not sure about offset. I am thinking +23 on front and +24 on the rear.

I am still debating whether to go 245/35/19 in the front or save about $30-$40 and go with the 235/35/19. I could do so much with $30-$40.

Which offset is better on these wheels +23/+24 or +24/+26?

19 inch volk gt-7's....didn't i have a group buy going on these? i think i did.

call my vendor....talk to tony or joe at 617-738-2888.

or, if anyone else is looking for something....other rims...parts...call them.

i'm in the midst of setting up an online store and web site with joe...we're going to get all of his stuff online...and i am going to be handling all of the online sales and marketing and whatnot. finally! his store won't be stuck in boston...and his GREAT PRICES won't be stuck in boston! but, when the online part of the store is up and running...i'll let everyone know!!

thanks,
djk

i'm not exactly sure when the online store part of it will be up and running....but, if you want to talk to joe...give him a call at 617-738-2888. the store is 100% legit. i've sent many people from this forum there. i just told them that they needed to get everything online...and we decided to get this whole "online store" idea off the ground.

Default Volk GT7 and tire sensors

Has anybody experienced any problems with getting the tire sensors to work on these rims. Is it just a easy swap from the stock rims to these rims.

From what I've seen, moving the sensors will be easy on the Volks.

Well...

I was thinking of holding off on my rims till I get a body kit and turbo in. What do you people think of, for the time being, just gunmetaling the stock Z rims myself. I like the stock rims and I think they would look pretty good. I had a friend who owned an Acura Integra Type R and after he bought silver rims he thought they would look better gunmetal. So he took them off and gunmetaled them himself. It looked badass when he put them back on. So what do you think of this idea? If I do it, the stock rims will only be on till I buy the other ones this coming winter/spring.

Ok, really. It might look ok but IN MY HUMBLE OPINION I think its kind of a waste of time and resources. The kids at the local highschool might think its fresh but others might think you can't afford to buy nice rims.

There. Same opinion in a grump friendly package.
