Default Stock suspension and aftermarket wheels!

Hey guys, I've found lots of pictures of wheels and tires that look awesome, but it's not always noted if the car is lowered or not. I'm trying to pick out a wheel and tire combination that will still look good without lowering the car. Post up pictures of your wheels and tires on a stock suspension. Please note wheel sizes, tire sizes, and offsets because that is what I find is missing from many of the wheel/tire threads.

The one thing I noticed is that aftermarket wheels on stock suspension looks way better in person than in pics. Not sure why, maybe its because a lot of people kneel down to take pics so the gap is way more noticeable. If your gonna leave stock suspension, I'd go with a semi-aggressive offset (if that makes sense). Too aggressive will look like the wheels are sticking way out of the fender. Here's my 19x9/10.5 +26/22:

Hi DeeMo....... the car looks great! Today I will go with a set of Ruff wheels, 18 X 8.5 and 9.5 with 145/40 and 175/35. Until now, with oem suspension. Will post pics later......

To add a little to what I was saying before about wheels looking a lot better in person.....Here's another pic.....Notice how the front wheels look really tucked in.....Well they don't look that tucked in person.

I guess my reason for starting this thread was to see what works and what doesn't as far as wheels go on the stock suspension. I just want to make sure that what I get fills the wheel wells enough and sits as flush as possible. Keep 'em coming. BTW DeeMo that looks good!

Car looks great Deemo! Looking at Ruff wheels myself with oem suspension, for now. Do you have the capabilities to lower your car an inch or will it cause problems? I was planning to do 18" wheels but those 19" look awesome!

So am I to believe that DeeMo is the only one on this forum with aftermarket wheels and a stock suspension?

Thanks, I hope you mean 245 and 275 tires. If not, you'll be a member of the super stretch club, lol!

Thanks. I don't plan on dropping for a while because the car is brand new. If something goes wrong, I can simply slap the stock wheels back on and get warranty work w/o hassle. Thats a bit harder to do with a drop.

Just look at all the threads with a bunch of pages, such as the 19" wheel thread. There's a lot of pics with stock suspension.

I've already been through all those threads and many of the pictures are missing information about tire size and offsets.

Im working on exhaust right now, already installed Berk HFC and a Bassani is next. Going to go for 18" wheels after that as planned, easier to work with IMO.

Deemo - I assume wheels are pretty new. How is the quality/finish? Any worries for the future with them? I like the R278 18" polished black idea for my Silverstone Z.

I can't drop my car. It gets driven in the winter. Snow + lowered sports car = no fun.

So this would be another mother-of all-wheel threads? Sorry but this is destined to fail.
