+1 on this, and it sounds like the wheel bearing was damaged. Go to a different dealer / shop if possible.

Thanks for all the advise everyone. Unfortunetly I dont have another local Nissan dealership that I can go to. Im going to call the shop that did the tires and see if they hint onto anything at all.

just do this, take the car back to them and state that ever since they put the tires on the car has been driving very bad, and it feels unsafe for you to drive due to the fact that you believe something is loose. State that you drive kids or younger siblings and that you want to be safe with them in the car and have them check their work and see if they find anything out of the ordinary. The longer you WAIT the worse it is for you because then they can come back at you like well it's been this many days who knows if you hit anything.

Update on this situation, I just left the dealership and they are going to replace the rear hub assembly, replace the rotor, and they arent going to charge me labor either.

Little more info to what caused this decision from Nissan. Yesturday I went to Nissan and ordered a rear hub assembly, they had it in stock so I bought it with the intention do it myself as I am sick of that place. Anyways, the receipt says rear hub assembly so I think to myself awesome, it will be done and over with. As usual I gave them to much credit and they messed up yet again. They sold me a HUB, no bering. I found that out after I got everything taken apart (I was pised to the max, called them to tell them but was told that the parts people had already left for the day). I went in today and talked to a manager there and talked with him. Ill post up some more info in a little bit, got a customer walking throught the door haha.

Okay, so when I took the tire off and what not last night, the axle nut wasnt even finger tight, the only thing thet kept the tire from falling off was that cotter (I think thats how its spelled) pin. Now I just get to wait and see how long its going to take them. Being that they arent getting paid for the work, I have a feeling its going to a longer than normal wait time

Again I would like to thank everyone for all of the advise that was given.
