My car came with these rims, this one was bent, but I've just lived with it. Now it's leaking and I need a new rim. I could take this one and have it repaired for $125ish, but I suspect a new rim probably isn't much more than that if it's still made and I can find one. These rims are pretty cheap. I googled and looked at inventory at various online rim places but didn't see this model. Thanks!

Thank you VERY much... at least now I know what I'm looking for. There are a few on ebay but all the wrong combo of diameter/width/offset/bolt pattern. Looks like I may just be having this one repaired.
