i have a set of racing hart CR 19" wheels on my car right now. I just painted my car two tone black and red then im getting the wheels painted im doing a anodized red lip with black middle. How do i know if these wheels are 3 piece or not. Were all of the CR 5 spoke 3 piece

 

2piece rims easy way to know is remove rim look at the back for the weld that will be there.

 

I also have Racing Hart CR's. CR's have 6 spokes, not 5. The CX had 5 spokes. My CR rims are 2-piece and are welded together. Fronts are 19x9 with 26mm offset, rears are 19x10 with 22mm offset.
