Default 18x10.5 +22 upfront?

I am currently running TE37's 18x9.5 +22 245/40 front
18x10.5 +22 275/35 rear

I hate understeer.

Anyone running a square setup consisting of 18x10.5 + 22 all around? Im looking to pick up two more 10.5's for the front...and run 285/275 all around if possible....anyone have comments about fitment of this setup up front?

Thanks

I have a 9" +22 up front, and I am lowered about 1.5" and have -2.5 camber. It's very close to rubbing on the outside. VER VERY close. I'd have to vote no on the 10.5" +22 with a 275 in the front.

I am running 18x10.5 +15 in the front with 265/35 and I dont rub. I think 275 will fit fine.

I'd put 275's or 265's on the 9.5 fronts. I'm running 265 on a 9.5 front with +30 mm offset and I have about 7 mm of clearance before rubbing.

I'd also put 295's on the rear if it were me, the wider the better.

275/30's should fit no prob on your front wheels, and sway bars will also help even more.

What parts do you have on your car, there are cheaper ways to get rid of understeer.

it does fit but you need to camber the car some more in the front with camber arms and change tire size. i played around with this on my old TE37 time attacks

this is what will work

265.30.19 +22 -3.5 camber (around)
275.35.19 +22 -3 camber

the rear can go 285.35.19 but you will have a bigger side wall in the rear and will look funny compared to the fronts. the 275/35 is better.

doet.

Sry I forgot to list mods...Im running hotchkis sways on med(f and r) and lowered on sportlines(1.2 inches) w/ stock shocks....I use rt615s now but there shot so its time for new tires anayway...looking at dunlops...

I was hoping to get away with a 285/30 all around but i'll settle for 275's

thanks for the replies

I'm also running 18x10.5 +15 F with 265/35 RT615s. I currently have -2.5 degrees camber up front and I'm dropped on Stance. Have about 2.5" drop. No rubbing. 275/35 might rub without going more negative with the camber but you have +22 so it should be fine. 285/30 You would need more drop and more negative camber. My front fenders are now pulled a little from autox and a drift event. With only a 1.2" drop, I don't know how you'll be able to look at the wheel gap.

If your just trying to get rid of the understeer just change your sways to soft in front and stiff in rear and you should be good

You should be fine, as long as you don't have Brembos.

The reason why I am intersted in going with 10.5 front and rear, with the same tires size, is so I can rotate them...

If Im not mistaken...doesn't the M-Works 350Z run 10.5 all around with 285/30/18 ?

Aren't your 245 tires stretched quite a bit on 10" wide rims? Pics please.
