Default question about my tire montitors.

On really cold days my tire pressure light comes on even thought they have 35 psi. I thought it was from spinning in the snow but it does it before I move the car.

Is this normal or should I take it to the Dealer and have it looked at? As soon as it is above 40 the light goes away??

by the way its a 2008.

I tried to search but could not find what I needed answered. If there is a thread I am sorry in advance.

Check tire pressure with a tire pressure gauge. The TMPS light is for sissies.

on really, really cold days your tire pressure will drop and raise up again when the tires warm up. Wait till they're as cold as a rock. Then fill to 35. Then, drive past 16mph for about 5minutes. If that doesn't work, take it in to be checked.

...keep us posted on what works.
