tire pressure caps stolen..

Angry tire pressure caps stolen..

got into my car to go to work this morning and the tire pressure light came on, thought it was just cold

went to the side of the road and saw all 4 of my tire pressure caps gone.

what can i do? (aside from replacing those..)

The caps do not contain the transponder. The sensor and transponder are inside the rim and require the tire to be removed in order to access them. You just had your caps stolen and the pressure let out. Also, keep in mind that the tire pressure display will not work unless you are currently, or recently, driving faster than 20 MPH. In other words, in the morning before you move your car, no TPS will be displayed.

Those BA$TARDS!! Well you could buy the locking valve caps at www.courtesyparts.com. They're kind of a pain in the a$$ but not very easy to steal.
