Default New rims...tire question

So I just placed my order for a set of work s1s

front

19x9.5 +24

rear

19x10.5 +23

my question is what size tires should I get fro front and rear so I dont rub? I'm dropped and inch as well.

from what Ive seen I was thinking of something like

front
255/35/19

rear
275/35/19

does this seem good for not rubbing or should I go with something slightly less wide?

Thats about right, though i'd say stick with either a 245/275 or 255/285 setup unless you want slightly more oversteer that goes along with a square, or more square setup. Either should fit with your widths and offsets, but just remember not all brands of tires are truly the same size, and different sidewall designs may still cause rubbing depending on the specific brand and tire you choose.

There are enough members out there with these S1's that they should be able to give specific examples.

Best of luck.

I think those tire sizes are too small, especially the 275 on the 10.5. I've had 275s on 10.5s before, and the looked stretched.

Personally, I'd go 255-265/35 front and 285-295/35 rear.

I currently run a 275 on an 11" wheel. It's stretched slightly, but definitely in no way an outrageous stretch.

Being a 30 series tire, it obviously looks like a rubber band, but I also think it exaggerates the stretch a bit. Going with a 35 series and 10.5" wheel, the stretch will be very minimal or non existant. That said, I'd recommend the 255/285 setup...I think your offsets will allow it.

Do you have rolled or cut fenders?
