Would this wheel width and offset fit with a 265 tire all around without fender rolling...car isnt lowered.

it's virtually impossible to say whether it will or will not rub, as it's tied to the exact tire (not the size, but the specific tire as they all run differently). Only way to know is put it on and see. Worst case, you'll need to roll the rear quarter panels
